Where is Down to Earth Music Festival?
This year’s festivities will take place at Bethel Hideaway Campground, located in Ferndale, NY.
When does the festival end? Is there music on Monday?
We have a couple artists performing during the Great American Eclipse, the last performance will end at 4:00 PM on Monday (once the solar eclipse has concluded). All campers will be required to check out by 8:00 PM on Monday.
How does camping work?
All GA tickets include complimentary on-site camping passes. Surrounding campsites cannot be guaranteed or reserved for additional friends or family.
Can I camp next to my car?
There is no car camping this year. Vehicles with parking passes will be directed to our on-site lot, which is conveniently located within walking distance of our campsites.
Is there reentry?

Is there early entry?
There is no early entry this year, gates will open at 12:00 PM on August 18.
Is there VIP?
Nope! Concept behind this festival is leaving behind materialism, pretentiousness and harmful attitude, while kicking back and listening to like-minded music in a laid back environment. No VIP, no preferred treatment; a place where everyone can feel equal to one another, and share untroubled time together.
Is there RV camping?
No RVs, campers or oversized camping items will be allowed on-site this year, due to limited venue capacity.
What are ticket tiers 1 through 4?
All tiers of GA tickets are exactly the same, they just get more expensive the longer you wait to buy.
When will we get our wristbands?
Tickets will be exchanged for festival wristbands at the gate.
Will day passes be released?
This is still undecided, we advise purchasing 4-Day GA tickets in advance.
What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event, please plan accordingly.
What happens if there is an emergency, or I need first aid?
There will be a 24-hour medical station available on-site.
Prohibited items and rules?
– No bad attitudes
– No bicycles, scooters, personal motorized vehicles
– No fake IDs
– No flammable products or materials, gas powered equipment (including grills or barbecues)
– No glass bottles or containers, water guns
– No illegal drugs or substances
– No laser pointers or pens
– No music or amplified sound during quiet hour (between 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
– No professional cameras or recording devices
– No projectiles, explosives, firewood
– No pyrotechnics, fireworks
– No renegade stages
– No stickers, flyers, posters, spray paint
– No walkie-talkies, megaphones
– No weapons of any kind
Can I bring my child?
Yes, and children under the age of 10 get in free.
Can I bring my pet?
No pets of any kind are allowed this year. Service animals may be permitted, but must be registered and approved in advance. Service animals must be harnessed or leashed, and must remain in control of accompanying individual at all times.
Can I bring alcohol?
This event is BYOB for ages 21+ (no glass bottles or containers).
